One man is under arrest, and another is recovering from injuries he sustained after reportedly being attacked in a West 麻豆精选 parking lot.
Cpl. Devon Gerrits with the West 麻豆精选 RCMP said that police responded to a report of two people fighting in a parking lot of the 2400 block of Main Street on Thursday, Aug.21, at about 12:30 p.m., following a vehicle collision.
鈥淚t is alleged that a black Volvo collided with a parked white Kia, at which point the occupant of the white Kia was attacked by the man driving the Volvo,鈥� said Cpl. Gerrits.
The man driving the Volvo was arrested for assault with a weapon and later released with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
The injuries suffered by the victim are not known.
