Slippery conditions from cold, wind cause 2-vehicle crash on 麻豆精选鈥檚 bridge

30-50 km/h winds are crashing waves into the bridge, splashing water onto the highway

Crashing waves and cold temperatures are causing traffic problems on the William R. Bennett Bridge.

A two-vehicle crash that happened around 12:15 p.m. westbound is currently causing delays. No one was trapped and it is believed no one is injured. Eastbound traffic is down to one lane.

Temperatures of -13 degrees combined with winds ranging from 30-50 km/h are is causing water from Okanagan Lake to splash onto the bridge and freeze, causing very slippery conditions for drivers.
