Crashing waves and cold temperatures are causing traffic problems on the William R. Bennett Bridge.
A two-vehicle crash that happened around 12:15 p.m. westbound is currently causing delays. No one was trapped and it is believed no one is injured. Eastbound traffic is down to one lane.
Temperatures of -13 degrees combined with winds ranging from 30-50 km/h are is causing water from Okanagan Lake to splash onto the bridge and freeze, causing very slippery conditions for drivers.
