SilverStar builds new campground above Vernon

2nd campground at mountain resort adds 36 sites

A new campground has opened up accomodation options at SilverStar Mountain Resort.

Nestled in the trees approximately two kilometres from the Village, Upper BX Creek Campground is now open.

The 36 sites are in addition to the existing camping options in the parking lots adjacent to the village.

Located near the Upper BX Creek Trail, the rustic, non-powered campground offers a more secluded atmosphere while still providing convenient access to the resort via a scenic gravel pathway.

The campground has various size sites to accommodate tents, small trailers, and RVs.

No sani-dump stations are available on the mountain. The nearest facility is located at 6401 Tronson Road, Vernon.

Sites are $32 per night with all proceeds from bookings reinvested into future campground improvements.

All sites are by reservation and pre-registration only, with bookings available online. Book at .
