This historic photo is a 1959 aerial photo of Shops Capri, the brand new shopping centre that many felt was built too far from the downtown area to be successful. This photo was before the Hight 97 alignment of today (which would run diagonally across the lower left of the photo where the dirt road is in the photo) and before the Capri Hotel addition.
