Grizzli Winery is taking movie night outside.
It is launching an Outdoor Cinema Series with a special charity screening of the family classic Mrs. Doubtfire on Friday, Sept. 5.
The community centred event offers an evening of entertainment, connection, and purpose, all in support of the BGC Okanagan Families and Community Together (FACT) Program, a media release says. Tickets are $10 each in advance, with proceeds benefiting this impactful local initiative directly.
Guests can enjoy pre-show activities beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 5. There are events for children, including face painting, lawn games, and colouring. Adults can relax with a glass of estate-grown wine at the outdoor bar, along with beer, cider, and other refreshments available for purchase.
The concession stand will have popcorn, pretzels, chips, and more. The movie will begin at approximately 8:00 pm.
