Two large apartment developments in 麻豆精选 have been issued building permits by city hall.
A 19-storey tower, being built by Mission Group is planned for 1333 Bertram Street, between Fuller and Cawston avenues.
It will contain 157 rental-only units, including four ground-level townhomes.
The project is worth just over $49 million according to city documents.
Another development, worth nearly $28 million, is to be constructed at 3016 Abbott Street at Cedar Avenue.
The six-storey building will have four commercial units and 86 apartments and will be located across the street from Pandosy Waterfront Park.
