麻豆精选 firefighters tackled a blaze inside a residential garage on Sunday (Oct. 1).
Four fire trucks, a police vehicle and an ambulance were on the scene in the 3000-block of Mustang Court late Sunday afternoon. No flames were visible as of 4:15 p.m., but the home鈥檚 garage door appeared charred and bent.
The 麻豆精选 Fire Department reports that the first crews on the scene saw heavy smoke coming from the garage at the front of the building. Firefighters entered the garage and were able to knock down the blaze and contain it to the garage.
All people exited the building safely and there were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation but is not suspicious in nature.
The Fire Department responded to the blaze with three engines, one rescue truck, one command vehicle and 15 fire personnel. Fortis, BC ambulance service and the RCMP also attended the scene.
