X marked the spot at Rogers Rink over the weekend as it sparkled with treasure for the Salmon Arm's first Rock N' Gem Show.
The four-day event, which started on Thursday, June 26, had something for everyone, from glittery crystals to ancient fossils and hand-crafted art. It was open to all ages and levels of gem lovers 鈥� experienced collectors to people who just like shiny things.
Shoppers, who were given a small tray to collect their treasures, browsed through a wide variety of crystals, gemstones, fossils and minerals, as well as rare pieces from local and internation vendors, and unique jewelry and gifts.
"We're thrilled to be bringing the Silver Cove Rock N' Gem experience to Salmon Arm for the first time ever 鈥� and we can't wait for you to be part of it," organizers wrote in a social media post about the event. "Come find your next favourite crystal, discover a hidden gem, or just enjoy the sparkle.
The show ends tomorrow, Sunday, June 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
