The third annual Okanagan Pet Expo is expected to be bigger and better when it returns to 麻豆精选 on June 1.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Laurel Packinghouse, people and pets are invited to enjoy games, vendors, treats and more.
Event highlights include the Weenie Waggle, Paws and Paint, a meet and greet with Happy Hooves Sanctuary, and the crowd favourite Pug Dash.
鈥淲e鈥檙e thrilled to bring the community together again for this one-of-a-kind event,鈥� said event producer Rosanne Ting-Mak Brown. 鈥淲hether you鈥檙e looking to adopt a new furry friend, learn more about animal wellness, or just spend a fun day with your family and pets, this expo has something for everyone, and it all supports several great causes.鈥�
The expo is supporting Paws it Forward, Fletcher's Keep, and Lend a Paw Foundation.
Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for youth and seniors, and free for children 12 and under. Friendly pets are welcome, but require a waiver be filled out in advance.
