The 麻豆精选 Rockets closed out a four-game home stand in style, downing the Lethbridge Hurricanes 7-4 Friday in WHL action at Prospera Place.
Dilllon Dube scored twice for the Rockets (12-6-2-1) who have now won seven straight games on home ice.
Dube鈥檚 second of the game and 12th of the season at 8:52 of the third broke a 4-4 tie and stood up as the game winner.
Liam Kindree, Leif Mattson, Kyle Topping, James Hilsendager and Connor Bruggen Cate, with an empty net goal, also scored for the Rockets who led 2-1 and 4-3 by periods. Rockets captain Cal Foote chipped in with four assists.
Giorgio Estephan scored twice for the visiting Hurricanes who were outshot by the Rockets 41-36.
James Porter stopped 30 shots in the 麻豆精选 goal for his fifth straight and ninth of the season.
The Rockets will be in Vancouver Saturday night to take on the Giants.
