25 riders competed in the event

Meeting Creek, Alberta Garrett Green took home the gold at the Professional Bull Riders Okanagan Challenge in 麻豆精选 on July 17 in front of a record-setting, sold-out crowd at Prospera Place.

The win earned Green a top 5 spot in the national standings as well as $100,000.

In total, Green earned 136 national points - 83.5 points in the Jingle and Go competition and 88 points in the head-to-head match-up with with Stray Bucks of S&M Bucking Bulls.

He now trails the number one ranked Dakota Buttar (Eatonia, Saskatchewan), who was shutout on Thursday night, by 306.33 points.

Defending PNB champion Saskatchewan's Jared Parsonage finished second on the night with 86 points. He was one of just three riders to complete a full eight seconds on a bull despite 25 pros on the lineup. He remained the third-ranked bullrider in the country.

McAlester, Oklahoma's Koltin Hevalow finished third in the Okanagan challenge.

The crowd was rowdy with prizes handed out to attendees for the best bull ride, country karaoke, and the night's biggest fan.

The Okanagan Challenge is part of PBR Canada's Elite Cup Series. This was the fourth consecutive year the tour has stopped in 麻豆精选.
