UEMOTO, Johnny Passed away suddenly on June 29, 2016 at the age of 82 years.  He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Yoko; daughter Joy Uemoto; sister Kiku (Frank) Naka; and brother Kaichi (Linda) Uemoto.  A Celebration of Johnny鈥檚 life will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 4:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, 麻豆精选.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.  For more about Johnny鈥檚 life, or to offer a condolence, please visit www.springfieldfuneralhome.com, 250-860-7077.
