The Coquihalla Highway was closed northbound for more than eight hours because a semi-truck collided with a snow plow.

UPDATE 8:50 a.m.
The Coquihalla Highway has reopened northbound.
Traffic congestion is expected in the area.
鉁� CLEAR - #BCHwy5 has now reopened Northbound out of #HopeBC after a vehicle incident 2km south of #MerrittBC. Expect congestion as the road clears and watch for crews.

A vehicle crash has the Coquihalla Highway closed northbound.
According to the DriveBC website, the crash occurred around Larson Hill (exit 250) but the DriveBC X account states the crash happened two kilometres south of Merritt.

The crash happened just before midnight.
An assessment is in progress and an alternate route is available.
