Dachshunds in 麻豆精选 dawned their best cozy attire for a very cute event on Nov. 4.
The 麻豆精选 Dachshund Club held a sweater weather event at the Bosleys pet store on Lakeshore Road.
At the event, pups were given treats for being cute and prizes for best dressed.
There are more than 2,200 members of the 麻豆精选 Dachshund Club Facebook group.
Emily Enoch, the founder of the group, started the Facebook page nine years ago. Since then it has become an active social club for dogs and their 鈥榩awrents鈥� with regular activities and meet ups planned every few weeks.
People also use the Facebook page as a forum to share information about their wiener dogs and support each other.
Enoch said that one day she hopes to break the world record for most Dachshunds in one place at one time, here in 麻豆精选.
The club鈥檚 next event is a Christmas 鈥榳eenie parade鈥� at the Vineyards Residence retirement home in 麻豆精选. The pups will be paraded through the residence to spread holiday cheer.
