Traffic delays expected as street lights flash red at Harvey and Spall

The street lights are flashing red at the always-busy intersection of Harvey Avenue and Spall Road on Thursday morning (Dec. 7).

It鈥檚 unknown how long it will go on for, but traffic is expected to back up in the area.
