A six-storey rental-only apartment building is being proposed for the Glenmore neighbourhood.
Plans submitted to city hall show the project would be located at 435 Sutton Crescent, off of Drysdale Boulevard.
Bachelor suites and one and two-bedroom units are proposed along with amenities and common areas for residents.
The applicant is seeking to rezone the property as well as a development permit to allow the multi-family development.
