The District of Lake Country was awarded the 2023 Organizational Safety Excellence Award in November.
The award is given to a municipality that demonstrates an outstanding safety record and show year-over-year improvements.
It was the third year Lake Country was chosen for the award by the BC Municipal Safety Association.
